Now residing in the United States of America, serves as a well rounded global executive leader, community advocate and an influence strategist. Faith has proven expertise in up to date HR management, organizational leadership, project management and technology practices. She provides mentorship and training for youth and women under United Nations and African Union affiliated organizations. She specializes in maximizing individuals and group talent through setting strategies, team building, and resource optimization.

While Faith is recognized as an expert for huge organizations across international borders, she successfully achieved relationships with outreach international organizations managing over 600 financial portfolios and provide capacity structure. Investing herself in the area of human capital and personal development as a corporate professional committed to education, community service, mentorship, and solutions for socio-economic growth sustainability, she founded JK Academy, an elementary and secondary school in Nigeria. Faith Krimi has become a mobilizer and bridge builder partnering with various global agencies, facilitating trade in Africa, the United States and the rest of the Western World. She provides culturally competent programs to local and international corporations and agencies, represent- ing and promoting their interest. She serves as Executive Director, African Global Center, Vice President, Global Progressive Women’s Network, Member, United Nations Women National Committee, Ambassador, 1000 African Women Network, Member, United African Congress, Member, Women Speakers Association USA, Ambassador, Libertad Foundation, Member, Nigerians in Diaspora Organization, Ambassador Lady B Bless Humanitarian Foundation and Chair BOD, Jonathan Krimi Foundation amongst other designations. She hosts events and facilitates conferences to bring present and prospective entrepreneurs and professionals for cooperative collaborations through leadership and management programs. Under the umbrella of the African Union, her team facilitated the 1st Annual STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Camp for children of African descent in the Dis- trict of Columbia where she operates a full-scale audiovisual studio and serves as Media/Communica- tions Consultant for the Education and Human Capital Development Sector of the Pan-African Diaspo- ra Women’s Association. She has presented lectures at several institutions like the University of Ibadan, Strayer University, University of Ilorin, Impact SilverSpring, and Lead City University amongst others.
